ITEMS ARE SUBJECT TO LOOK/SIZED SLIGHTLY DIFFERENT IN PERSON DUE TO LIGHTING AND ANGLES. THESE ARE NATURAL STONES THAT ARE SUBJECT TO SCRATCHES AND CHIPS. NO TWO WILL LOOK IDENTICAL EVEN IF THEY ARE EARRINGS. I WILL DO MY BEST TO DISPLAY THE PRODUCT ACCURATLY!

If you order more than two pendants, they will come two pendants to a jewelry box to cut down on shipping costs!
Shipping:
Turn around time is about 1 week, which means it could be less than one week or a little more that one week depending on how many orders I need to fill. Shipping is calculated based on where the product is being shipped to, weight, and size. You will receive an email and tracking number once order is processed and tracking label is created. All will be shipped through USPS.
Live Sale Rules:
Please claim responsibly! A claim is a promise to pay! Please pay within 24 hours of listing being posted unless previously discussed between you and Marq.

Custom Bracelet Orders:
I accept custom orders on bracelets right now. This is subject to change at any time to my discretion. The number of custom orders I will allow may vary per month. Inventory may also change, so please reach out before purchasing the custom order. Please tell me what you would like with the exact crystal and size of crystal bead. Prices of bracelets are NOT always the same. Custom bracelet prices START at $12 per bracelet and can go up from there depending on what size bracelet you order. I offer small ($12), standard($13), large($14), and XL($15) bracelets. There is a chart under the custom order form to see what size you need. If you are on the line of two sizes please choose the bigger size if you want it to dangle some & choose the smaller if you would like it to fit snugger. MARQED WITH INTENTION IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INCORRECT FITTING OF BRACELETS SINCE YOU AS THE CUSTOMER ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR CHOOSING YOUR SIZE.
Custom BookMarq Orders:
Custom BookMarqs are subject to a $1 increase than the normal $13.33.
Once the customer and Marq agree on what will be put on the BookMarq a listing will go up. Once payment is received the BookMarq will be made and shipped within the allotted timeframe. Any changes made after the payment are NOT allowed unless discussed and agreed upon with Marq.

YOU as the customer are responsible for any custom or boarder taxes and fees if you are international.
There will be NO returns or exchanges and NO cancelations for any reason.

Once your package is in USPS hands it is their responsibility. Any damaged or lost product will need to result in you filing a claim through USPS as it is out of our control.
THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS FOR LOST, MISSPLACED, DAMAGED, STOLEN, OR DELAYED SHIPMENT ITEMS AS IT IS OUT OF OUR CONTROL ONCE IT'S DROPPED OFF AT USPS

If you get a notification that your package has been delivered and it has not, please reach out to USPS.

Wrong/ Missing Items
If you have a missing or wrong item please contact me within 2 days of receiving your package. I will then have you send me your tracking number, and a photo of what you received.

Restocking fee:
If your package ends up coming back to us because of a wrong address that you as the customer provided, it will be your responsibility to pay the shipping fee so that we can reship the item(s). If you refuse to repay the shipping within 24 hours, then you will only receive 50% of your money back. So please double check that you put in you address correctly.
SHIPPING FEES ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE 50%.

Payment Plans:
If the buyer and Marq agree upon a payment plan you must uphold what was agreed on and pay within the time that was discussed. Failure to pay the remaining amount will result in a 50% of the total amount restocking fee. If the customer for any reason did not pay 50% in the beginning and does not pay in full, then whole amount will be used as a restocking fee.

Failed Payment For Custom Orders OR Live Sale Claims
If you had ordered a custom bracelet or claimed stuff on a live sale and refuse to pay the amount within 24 hours of being notified that the listing is up, you will forfeit your right to the listing. You also may be subject to being permanently blocked.
Marqed with Intention LLC will refer to the business as Marq, us, we, me, and I on different occasions.
