What is the wire made of?
Sterling Silver & 14k Gold Filled wire.  NOT gold plated. Gold filled has more real gold than gold plated, but is NOT 100% Gold.

When will I receive my order? 
Processing time is around 1 week which means it can be less or more than 1 week and shipping can take around 1 week depending on where you are located, which also means less than or more than 1 weel. Once your order is fulfilled you will get an email with your tracking info.

Can I return my item(s)
Marqed with Intention LLC does not accept any returns OR exchanges for any reason.

What if my items got lost in transit?
Please contact USPS and fill out a forum letting them know that your item is lost. Marqed with Intentions is not responsible for any lost, missing, damaged, or stolen items.

Can I cancel my order?
Marqed with Intention LLC does not accept any cancelations on orders for any reason.

How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated depending on weight, size, and where the item is being shipped to. This will be calculated when you are about to place your order and you put in your address.

Can I make a custom piece?
Marqed with intention LLC is currently not open to custom orders. We do however hope to do this in the future.

When will you make a _____ piece?
I pick each cab according to what I think the customers will love most. If you would like to make a suggestion, please use the contact page or message me on Instagram.

Why are your gold pieces so much more expensive?
Everything is priced depending on how much materials cost and gold is pretty expensive to get. I ONLY will use 14k filled gold and sterling silver to make my pendants. 

What size chains do you sell?
All of my chains that I currently sell are 18 inch that can be added to any order for an extra $2 or an 18 inch corded necklace for $1.

Are the earrings hypoallergenic?
Yes, all of my handmade earrings are hypoallergenic
